Rules and Regulations of Blossom Cam

• Security of all persons is Unique Creations and the center’s highest priority.
• Each parent/guardian is issued one secure login and password.
• This password is only to be used by the parent/guardian it was issued to at all times. Passwords and logins are not to be given to anyone else besides for the issue person. In doing this you can risk the security of the system.
• The camera system is in place so that parents may be there every step of the day if they wish. We encourage parents to log in as much as they are able to. The system is in place for parents may have visual contact with their child throughout the day.
• Do not leave your monitor on if you leave the viewing area of it. For example: if you leave for lunch please log out of the camera system so others do not have access to the cameras while you are away from your desk.
• Access the system through the web browser Internet Explorer. The system is set up to be view through that web browser only.
• Here at Little Flower Learning Center we do not believe the cameras are an intrusion of privacy but a wonderful security device that helps protect the children and the staff members. Please do not abuse the privilege of using this camera system. It is constantly being monitored and anyone abusing the system will be suspended from the system of a minimal of thirty days to indefinitely. You will be given a notice of such removal within 7 business days of action.
• If you take your child (ren) out of the center your password and all other passwords issued to view that/them child (ren) will be discontinue immediately.
• The center has the right to remove you from the list of issue parents at any given time. This is a service the center offers at no additional charge and can be removed.
• Little Flower Learning Center and Unique Creations abides by the rules and regulations set forth by the state in which the center is in. This includes all court regulations. We cannot and will not grant a password unless the guardian or legally parent authorizes it. There are no exceptions to this rule.
• Unique Creations and the center have the right to change these rules at any given time.
• If a unique incident is found it will be dealt with immediately.
• If you misplaced or lose your password, please contact Unique Creations. There is a 24 hour waiting period for new passwords.
• Unique Creations holds the right to not issue a parent, grandparent, or guardian a password for the network system if said paperwork is not fully filled out, signed, and in the possession of Unique Creations. All paperwork that needs to be filled out may be obtain at Little Flower Learning Center. The paperwork is to ensure only legally guardians are accessing the system.
• Unique Creations is the only issuer of passwords to parents, grandparents, or guardians. Little Flower Learning Center holds no right to know said passwords. Please contact Unique Creations if you lose your password.
• Unique Creations holds the right to terminate passwords of parents, grandparents, or guardians if rules and regulations set forth and signed by parents, grandparents, or guardians is broken. Unique Creations will notify Little Flower Learning Center of said offense and also parent, grandparent, or guardian. Unique Creations holds the right to terminate the password up to thirty (30) days for first offense, sixty (60) days for second offense, and 365 (1 year) days for third offense.
• Unique Creations holds the right to not breech any security of any employer. If a said employer has firewall's or other forms of security on their computers,Unique Creations will not give information on how to bypass these.  Unique Creations is not responsible for any said parent who could not or cannot access the live streaming video systems due to this problem.
• Unique Creations nor Little Flower Learning Center will not discriminate based on age, disability, national origin, race, religion, genetics or sex (gender), sexual orientation, gender identity against a parent, grandparent, or guardian when issuing passwords.
• Out of special concern for children's privacy, the Little Flower Learning Center nor Unique Creations does not knowingly accept online personal information from children under the age of 13.
• All footage on the system is Copyrighted under law. The footage is for the sole use of Little Flower Learning Center.
• Unless you assent, Unique Creations will never share the personal information you provide to them except as described : Unique Creations may disclose your personal information to third parties under any of the following circumstances: As required by law (such as responding to a valid subpoena, warrant, audit, or agency action, or to prevent fraud). For research activities, including the production of statistical reports (such aggregated information is used to describe our services to current and prospective partners and other third parties, and is not used to contact the subjects of the report), Answer your questions, Send you information, and to create and maintain your accounts.
